Fuel policy

Simple: bring it back the way you got it.

Standard rule

Vehicles are dispatched with a full tank (petrol/diesel) or charged to ~90% (EV). Return the vehicle at the same level. If you don't, we refill it at the local pump price + a $15 admin fee, itemised on your invoice.

Prepaid fuel add-on

You can prepay a full tank at booking (the add-on appears on Step 1 of the booking wizard). The cost is locked in at the time of booking. If you don't use it all, the unused portion is refunded only if you return the car with a fuller tank than you took.

Electric vehicles

We provide a charging cable and a list of nearby DC fast chargers at pickup. Charging fees are your responsibility unless you have prepaid charging on the booking.
